Find your tickets

Open the private link in your ticket email or WhatsApp message. Check your junk folder and the email address used at checkout.

Payment still pending?

Return to your order in the original browser. It checks payment status automatically. Keep your payment reference and avoid paying again while the outcome is uncertain.

For a payment marked for review, contact the event organiser with your order and provider references.

Voting and results

A ticket and a vote are separate purchases. Paid votes count only when payment is verified before the order deadline and voting closes. Late payments need organiser review; a refund is not automatic.

At the event

Show the QR code from your ticket on your phone or a printed copy. A ticket can only be admitted once. Do not share its private link or QR code.
